Padel District ZA ("we", "us", "our") operates the Platform. We provide real-time open padel match listings, club directories, and tournament information across South Africa.

The Platform provides:
Access to the full Platform is free. The free tier includes open games feed, club directory, tournament listings, and access to the Premium waitlist.
Premium membership is available for R29/month. Premium members receive instant WhatsApp alerts, last spot alerts, tournament alerts, personal activity stats, early access to tournaments (24 hours before free users), and a weekly WhatsApp digest.
Premium is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who violates these Terms.
Match listings, club information, and tournament details are sourced from Playtomic and other public sources. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing.
The Platform contains links to third-party websites and services (including Playtomic, club websites, and social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. Use them at your own risk.
All content on the Platform — including the Padel District name, logo, design, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Padel District ZA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Club names, tournament names, and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or fraud.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at info@padeldistrict.co.za to exercise these rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
